TTS implements Cloud Incident Response Reporting System

With ongoing innovation and introduction of new technology in TTS, all mobile response incident logs are now being automatically registered on cloud reporting system. Introducing this system, Paul Ash, General Manager for TTS has ackowledged that this system has been customised to individual needs of customers and will help all clients to get real time information and accurate display of activity on their property. The system is capable of self invoicing and eradicates any delays on verification and admin checks internally in the Head office. The reporting capability of this system has given our clients with multiple properties spread nationally or regionally to monitor cost centres across different properties individually or in groups whereby they can measure risk on each site over period of time more closely.

TTS is constantly investing heavily into technology enabling more transparent levels of service delivery in its attempt to work in close partnership with all clients. In this current economic scenario, efficient use of technology is only means to extract efficiency on service delivery.
